Message Types:

The type of messages Sprinklers Inc sends are for Appointment reminders, Membership Status Updates, Outstanding Invoice Reminders, Estimate Reminders, Weather Alerts, and Promotions.

Message Frequency Disclosure:

•Appointment reminders: These types of messages are sent out at time of scheduling as well as 24hrs before time of appointment.

•Membership Status Updates: These messages are used to alert customers of expiring credit cards or payment failures of their membership. You will typically receive these messages 2-4 per month until problem is resolved, or membership is cancelled. If your account is current and does not have a problem, you will not receive a message.

•Outstanding Invoice Reminders: These messages are to inform customers of outstanding invoices they owe. You will typically receive these messages 2-4 per month until problem is resolved. If your account is current and does not have a problem, you will not receive a message.

•Estimate Reminders: These messages are sent out 0-2 times per month to review open estimates on account and typically come with a coupon offer against the estimate.

•Weather Alerts: These messages will typically be sent out for freeze alerts. They are not guaranteed to go out if freezing weather is present. We will typically send out this type of message up to 3 times per month with the assumption that once the weather goes freezing its likely to stay in freezing temperatures. The exemption to this is in the Spring, where we expect warming temperatures after a freeze. In these times you may receive up to 10 in a month if it turns into a hectic weather pattern that month.

•Promotion: These messages will send out offers on Sprinkler discounts and/or landscape discounts we are offering. These types of messages are limited to 4 times per month.
